Overview
You are warmly invited to join us for our annual statewide interfaith climate convening beginning Sunday, January 25th 2-4PM.
Join us on January 25th 2026 2-4PM for our convening, Love your Neighbor, Love your World. We will launch our convening with a fireside chat with bestselling author and civil rights activist Valarie Kaur. This will be followed by a fireside chat reflecting on 10 years of Laudato Si with special guests. Then join us on Monday, January 26th through Thursday, January 29th from 7-8pm each evening where we will host a workshop. These workshops will discuss planting trees, growing gardens, learning organizing skills, and reflecting on the writings of bell hooks. All sessions will be recorded.
The Annual Convening has been a core offering of Pennsylvania Interfaith Power & Light (PA IPL) for many years. It serves as a way to connect passionate individuals across the state, strengthen multifaith community, and build momentum to address climate change as a moral issue here in the Keystone State. Together, we are practicing the world we want to see, and we hope you will join us!
Anyone can host a watch party in your living room, community space, or really anywhere you’d like! Request this option on the registration form to be sent a watch party guide. Faith or community groups can apply to be official watch party locations!
