A-Z Tackling the Impacts of Plastic and Petrochemicals introduces a new series about Community Right to Know and the hazardous chemicals being used in our communities by oil, gas and associated industries. We will be joined by our partners from Earthjustice, Between the Waters, People Over Petro, Climate Reality, Ohio Valley Allies and many others. Special thanks to Halt the Harm for helping facilitate and host the series!

Join us for our second installment in our The More We Know series on community rights where we will discuss ways to use information obtained through FOIA, EPCRA, TRI, and other public disclosure laws to advocate for stricter permit terms and better enforcement. Megan Hunter of Earthjustice will provide an overview of environmental permitting and enforcement tools, including ways to strategically engage in the permitting process and develop an enforcement action when agencies fail to act.
