SWPA Climate Reality Chapter Meeting

Remember back in October 2017 when many of us gathered with The Climate Reality Project and Al Gore in the Convention Center in Pittsburgh for Climate Reality Project Leadership Training?

Since then our local chapter has grown to 1,500 members strong!  Imagine if we all recommitted to our climate training goals and took up the fight for our beautiful planet, if we haven’t already? We can do this. Fossil fuel Data Centers (think Springdale and Homer City) and Petrochemical Plastic Plants (in Beaver) are greenhouse gas climate heaters.

Attend the Pa. Department of Environmental Protection’s March 19 Informational Meeting at 6:00 pm on the Shell Cracker Plant in Beaver County. More importantly, testify at the Public Hearing on April 7 and help fight Shell’s egregious air emission violations. Come to a Rally in Pittsburgh to Fight Fossil Fuel Data Centers. (Info is below).

Not sure where to start? Join us for a Pittsburgh+SWPA Chapter Kick Off meeting and mix and mingle with fellow climate activists. We are encouraging IN PERSON (we will have an air filter in the room), but we hope to have a virtual option.
