Shell DEP Air Quality Permit Plan Public Hearing

The public will have two opportunities this year to call out the egregious and excessive emissions coming from the Shell Petrochemical Plastic All testimony oral and written will go into record and be published as a comment-response document. No questions or comments will be answered at this event. This will be for testimony only. We are requesting that organizations have one representative present testimony so that the public and local residents have the ability to share their testimonies as well. Written comments will be accepted 10 days after the event.
