Railroaded! Informational Session for Rail Freight Traffic Safety

In 2026, Norfolk Southern Railroad will start running double-stacked trains on the Pittsburgh line which passes next to the East Busway through densely populated neighborhoods. This is part of the railroad’s plans to increase the amount of freight moving through the city rather than AROUND the city. These are dangerous bomb trains. What happened in East Palestine can happen here. This will double the number of trains on the Pittsburgh Line from 19 a day currently to 45 trains a day and eventually more.
