Environmental Determinants of Health ECHO

Beginning Thursday, January 9th, at 12:00 PM and continuing monthly, Penn State Project ECHO program will be offering a brand new series for 2025 on Environmental Determinants of Health. The first two lectures (1/9/25 and 2/13/25) will cover “Caring for Persons Living and Working in Communities Involved in Oil and Natural Gas Extraction.” Julie Miller from the PA Department of Health will be presenting this topic which targets providers who practice in and around fracking operations in Pennsylvania and care for impacted residents and workers.

The program is designed for all health professionals but the general public is also invited to participate.
