DEP Public Hearing On Air Quality Permit For The BASF Corp Monaca Plant

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the Feb. 28 PA Bulletin announcing a March 31 hearing on an Air Quality RACT Permit for the BASF Corp Monaca Plant Gibraltar in Potter Township, Beaver County.  (PA Bulletin, page 1218)

The hearing will be held at DEP’s Southwest Regional Office, 400 Waterfront Driver in Pittsburgh from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
