Braddock Edgar Thomson Plant Public Permit Hearing

Persons wishing to speak at the hearing must register using ACHD’s Public Hearing Participation Form – Allegheny County, PA. You must register no less than 24 hours in advance of the hearing, and testimony is limited to 3 minutes. If no one has registered by Thursday, September 19, 2024, the hearing will be cancelled and notice of cancellation will be posted here.

The Department will also accept written comments beginning on Thursday, August 22, 2024, and concluding at 11:59 pm on Monday, September 23, 2024 by mail to:
