Better Vision for the Valley conference

The first Better Vision event in 2019 was a moving, informative convention where many Ohio Valley residents and representatives from local environmental groups gathered to share their knowledge of the environmental and public health challenges we are facing due to oil and gas and petrochemical development in Appalachia. As part of an ongoing effort to focus on solutions, the conference focused on making connections, combining efforts, and effectively mobilizing communities to support and defend their communities. This year’s conference will feature presentations made from Ohio River Valley Institute, Reimagine Beaver County, Reimagine Appalachia, and Fair Shake Environmental Services, with a special sampling of freshly grown vegetables from Blue Stream Farms!
