2025 Lunch and Learn Series – Can states ban use of community monitoring data?

Can states ban use of community monitoring data? Some states–including Louisiana, Ohio, and Kentucky–have tried. AAPS has joined with other groups to stand up for community-based monitoring and the value and importance of community data. Jay Benforado will share some of those responses, and Adrian Dybwad will reflect on repercussions for community use of sensors such as PurpleAir.
