The Franklin Park Borough Council will hold a public hearing on the lease to drill/frack for gas under Linbrook Park. (see google map at: https://goo.gl/maps/56oaEJtJnv32 the park is in the NW corner of the borough) Residents and non-residents are encouraged to attend, but only residents may speak.Fracking in Linbrook Park enables the operation of the permitted PennEnergy Well on Amsler Ridge Road in Economy. The four mile radius from that well includes Economy, Franklin Park, Bell Acres, Sewickley Hills, Sewickley Heights and Sewickley Heights Park.
